Review by hotel critic
The hotel's strategic IT location in Chennai caters primarily to the business crowd, evident in its sleek, corporate ambiance that lacks a touch of local flair. The rooftop pool offers a refreshing escape with stunning views, while the breakfast spread is well-curated and delicious. However, the room service fell short of expectations, with significant delays in food delivery and inconsistent quality. The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to lapses in attention to detail and cleanliness issues, such as stained faucets and unclean pool areas. On the positive side, amenities like the gym and swimming pool were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.In terms of cost, Turyaa Chennai offers a decent value proposition for those seeking a business-oriented stay with modern facilities. While the price point reflects the amenities provided, there is room for improvement in service quality to truly align with the luxury branding. If you prioritize functionality over personalized service, this hotel could meet your needs for a comfortable stay in Chennai.
